Payment
Credit and debit cards are accepted as payment, all card payments are processed by PayPal and must be made at the time of placing the order. You may pay by cheque, the cheque must be drawn on a UK bank and must be crossed 'A/C payee only'. Your name, address, phone number and card number must be written clearly on the back of the cheque. We will allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear before work starts on your order. In the event that you pay by cheque and your cheque bounces, you shall be liable for all reasonable costs incurred by us as a result.

Security
Your order is processed by PayPal. We do not store any of your financial information in our system.

Currency & Prices
All prices shown are in GBP (sterling) and include all taxes applicable within the UK. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are correct, occasional errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases we are not required to honour incorrect prices. Prices are subject to alteration without notice; however once we have accepted and confirmed an order, the price for that item(s) will not change.

Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Despatch
Deliveries are normally made within 2-3 working days from order confirmation if received Monday-Friday(GMT), or if being sent outside of the UK. If there is a problem with your order preventing us from despatching as normal, we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day. Please e-mail us at shop@sarashimasue.com if you need your order delivered quicker as we may be able to arrange it at an extra charge.

Delivery / Shipping
Delivery is free within the UK.
For European deliveries. outside of the UK, a charge of GBP 5.00 applies.
For International deliveries, outside of Europe, a charge of GBP 7.50 applies.
These charges are subject to alteration without notice; however once we have accepted and confirmed an order, the shipping charge for that order will not change.
All deliveries are sent via Recorded Delivery or other secure courier service. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.

Damage In Transit
While we do our best to pack the Goods securely, we cannot accept any liability for any damage or deterioration in the Goods which occurs, for any reason, while the Goods are in transit to you. Cancellation We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel once accepted any order, without penalty. The Customer may cancel an order without penalty only before we have accepted it (acceptance of the order makes a contract between us).

Returns
You can return an order if you do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. Goods may not be returned unless faulty, damaged or wrong item sent. The Customer is responsible for the postage and safe return of the original Goods to us in their original new unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Returns that have been worn and/or have had tags removed will not be accepted. Original delivery costs will not be refunded.
For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all Goods remain the responsibility of the Customer until they are received by Sara Shimasue.
Should you wish to exchange an item you must inform us at shop@sarashimasue.com. The replacement item will be sent to you with no extra delivery charges. We will email you to notify when the replacement item has been sent. If the replacement item is a lower price to the original item, the difference will be refunded to you. If the replacement item is a higher price, the difference will be charged to you before the replacement has been dispatched. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Colours & Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all colour representations are portrayed as accurately as possible and that all product descriptions are correct. However, due to differences in monitor and browser settings every computer screen will display colour differently; we cannot guarantee that the colour of the item will be an exact match as seen on your screen. If unsure of a colour we highly recommend requesting colour samples before ordering. Please e-mail shop@sarashimasue.com

We take our copyright and intellectual property rights very seriously. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that all content (including but not limited to all images, text, graphics and actual products) are protected by copyright, and design rights as applicable, which are owned by Sara Shimasue. You agree that you will not (nor assist or facilitate any third party to) commercially exploit or create derivative works from the products and other content on this site.

Retention of Title
Under all normal circumstances, Goods will be paid for prior to dispatch. Neither the ownership of, nor the title in any Goods sold by us, will pass from us until such time as we have received cleared payment in full for such goods and any additional charges relating to such goods. Until such time, we reserve the right to recover possession of the relevant goods.

General
These terms and conditions are subject to alteration by us without notice.

We do not share or sell Customers' contacts details and we take personal privacy very seriously. Contact details added to the mailing list are used purely for keeping you updated with email newsletters and keeping you informed of upcoming events. Customers' address details are used purely for delivery purposes. We do not receive or store any personal financial information whatsoever, all payments are handled independently by PayPal.
